I'm based on the Isle of Wight, a small island off the south coast of the UK, but working remotely with clients all over South Coast and nationwide.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of trust and integrity in our professional relationship. Rest assured that your information is treated with the utmost respect and discretion. Our terms of engagement includes a binding confidentiality clause for peace of mind. You'll be able to securely share documents and files via our secure online storage facility.

Understandably you're concerned about sharing your passwords! That's why I use the XChaCha20 encryption algorithm - it’s considered the future of encryption and is used by many Silicon Valley companies like Google. I do request that you sign my Terms of Engagement when we start working together. This lays out our professional agreement on how we work together. It does not tie you into a long contract, only a monthly rolling contract which you can end by giving me 30 days notice.

If you sign up to many of my retainer packages and don't use the full amount of hours included, I'll roll over any unused hours which can be used the following month. If they are not used by the end of the following month then they are lost. I constantly monitor hours used, so if you are not taking full advantage of the hours included in your retainer package, I can drop you down to a cheaper package with fewer hours.

If we work more hours than your retainer package includes, I will invoice you for the additional hours used at the end of that month. If you constantly use more hours, you can upgrade your retainer package to the next level.

I prefer to use GoCardless for all our payments. They handle all my regular and one-off payments with ease.

If you are not happy with my work, please contact me to discuss the problem as I  always strive to provide the best customer service possible and would like the opportunity to rectify the issue. However, if you are not happy, I only require 30 days notice to end your contract and will give you your money back.
